"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The Inn is conveniently located in downtown Basalt, within walking distance to great restaurants. It is quiet and you can park outside your door. It's an older hotel, but they have made many improvements. I hope the next upgrade is new pillows. "

"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite. Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely. They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response. Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30. Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone? Staff did call us morning of checkout to...
