If you have a dog, please check the yard well for messes. If any remain, the fee is $45.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pet fee is $50 per stay. If pet waste is left in the yard, guest pays additional cleaning fee of $45.

If hot tub water is polluted (beverage spill/bath bomb, etc.), cleaning fee is $200

Smoking is allowed outdoors but it is guest's responsibility to ensure smoke smell does not come indoors. If house smells of smoke, fee is $600.
