"I stayed in the hotel for 3 days, and the hotel did not clean my room or change my bedding.
I had to ask for fresh towels.
The hotel staff was great with breakfast and giving me coffees on demand.
The grounds of the hotel was unkempt.
The shower was great and good pressure."

"We had a lovely time at the Riad. Everything was really good including breakfast. The breakfast was a bit repetitive after 7 days there. An omelette would be nice occasionally. Staff we all amazing and made the stay very welcoming. We would definitely recommend."

"Room was clean, terrace was clean and well maintained with plant life and general decor. The staff were polite however was offered an earlier breakfast then when I got up there was no breakfast at that time, also the tax price I agreed when booking and the tax price on arrival were different prices. Not the most convenient of locations but not a far walk from amenities. The pool was a pleasant feature."

"My friends and I stayed in the family suite for the weekend. We are studying abroad in Rome and it was the perfect weekend getaway. Amazing location as it’s in just a short walk from the square. The staff was very welcoming and provided us the best experience as sometimes we had to leave/enter the riad in the early mornings/late nights, and they accommodated our requests perfectly. Such a beautiful place and amazing people. Highly recommend to anyone."
"Beautiful room and beautiful property. Smells amazing from the time you walk in. They think about the little things, including giving me a little bag with a sandwich when I left for the airport so that I had something to eat while waiting. A beautiful property with a wonderful staff, great breakfast and I would definitely stay here again."
"We stayed here for 6 nights. Myself and 2 children aged 11 and 13 and we had a fantastic time. I felt very safe as there is security at the hotel entrance as you arrive.
The rooms are a little outdated but immaculately clean and the cleaning staff done an amazing job even cleaning my daughter’s shoes when she walked in mud!!!
My only downside was the shower water pressure was terrible but honestly it doesn’t take away from all the good things!!
The pools are amazing. So many choices, slides, lounger available all day and close access to drinks and refreshments all day.
The entertainment staff are super friendly and love getting you involved. We loved the water polo!
The restaurant was amazing. The choice and range of food was outstanding and delicious. Possible the best all inclusive I’ve been to. The restaurant staff were outstanding. Special mention to Ouilid who looked after us every night and brought us drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond.
We also utilised the tour desk and booked a tour to the dessert. It took all the stress out of it was a really reasonable price for the three of us including private car.
I would highly recommend here!"
"Many staff were not friendly while others were, could be a culture clash. Rooms were amazing and air cond. worked well. Gym is top of the line. Spa was ok, nothing extraordinary but for the rate it suffices. Breakfast is amazing! Pool hours are limited."
