"It was a very clean well appointed room. We had the Imperial room and it was spacious with a good functioning air conditioner. This was important as the temperature was 40 C. The staff was attentitive and gracious."

"Check in was amazing so calm and relaxed with traditional tea and snacks. Our room for 4 adults was clean and spacious with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and air conditioning. We had dinner on the rooftop on arrival and breakfast each morning everything was delicious. We also had the hotel arrange a driver for the airport transfer which was smooth. Be aware the hotel and many eateries in the area are not licensed for alcohol however soft drinks and non alcoholic drinks are served from the hotel. We found staff extremely attentive and would highly recommend this road. As four women we felt extremely safe and cared for"

"A family-friendly hotel where the staff goes above and beyond for children. The property is clean, living up to the high standards of an international chain. The front desk is efficient, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the restaurant staff is kind. The pool area are also well-maintained. A convenient location for an overnight stay!"

"Our stay at Palais des Princesses was the perfect start to our Marrakech holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning traditional Moroccan architecture, peaceful courtyards, a gorgeous rooftop terrace and a lovely pool that was the perfect temperature to cool down in after a busy day exploring the city. Our room was exceptional – spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a mini fridge and a smart TV, making it a great place to relax after long days sightseeing. Despite being only a two-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the heart of the Medina, the riad was incredibly peaceful and quiet, providing a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle outside. The location really couldn’t have been better, allowing us to walk to all the main attractions while enjoying the tranquillity of the riad whenever we returned. Exceptional value for money, outstanding hospitality and a truly authentic Moroccan experience. We would highly recommend Palais des Princesses to anyone visiting Marrakech and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
