Great stay

Amazing hotel ! Perfect to take a break from the very loud and busy Marrakech. Big breakfast buffet and nice restaurant for dinner. Only negative side is for the kids at the pool. Nobody makes them respect the rules (no jump, no dive, etc). So it's less relaxing.

Nice hotel with very relaxing installations. However we couldn't enjoy it much because google maps' address is not right and some km away. They didn't answer WhatsApp an we didn't have phone calls available, so it took more than one hour to find the place.

Pros: Excellent pool area and sun loungers, feels like a private retreat as it’s usually quite quiet! The grounds are beautiful! Full of birds singing and the traditional riads were pleasing on the eye. The waiting staff are fantastic and made us feel very welcomed (Mohammed and Abdul Latif!). Lunch menu by the pool was great, highly recommend their cheese burger and ice cream selections! Mini bar stocked with water which was useful and room cleaned everyday. Our shower was particularly luxurious and very big. The taxi shuttle service was also useful and cheaper compared to external areas. Cons: limited dining options for both breakfast and dinner, and often very poor, hygiene in the swimming area toilets can be improved, some staff seem unresponsive or slow (waited couple days for our safe code). Sadly, the water in their outdoor ponds seem very old and rancid, not ideal for the fish and turtles they home.

A Delightful Oasis

La Maison Des Oliviers is situated away from the hustle and bussle of Marrakech and close to residential area and adjacent to a senior school. It is set in wel maintained and pretty grounds and is therfore a peaceful sanctary after the buzz, frenetic pace and hubub of Marrakech. The mini bus service is efficient, reasonably priced and mainly provided by the delightful Momo, who is so helpful and friendly. the pool area is lovely, quiet and has space enough for most guests. it has a pay bar and lunches are served here. The main restaurant, in the main complex, is tranquil, subdued and comfortable. the food is vairiable but most things on the menu are good and we recommend the fillet steak! Service is exceptionally good 98% of the time. The building design gives an authenticity to the hotel and is subdivided into smaller blocks that helps to maintain the tranquility. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the servicing of the rooms is first class. Our only negative comments are that the toilet and the seperate shower lacked any ventilation and there are no facilities for tea and coffee making in the rooms. Overall we found our nine days at the hotel to be comfortable and highly satisfactory. All staff are helpful and friedly and the reception staff were all extremely courteous, helpful and friendly.

Das Hotel liegt sehr weit außerhalb, in der Umgebung gibt es nichts. Das Personal war zwar nicht unfreundlich, wirkte aber eher unmotiviert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gepflegte Gartenanlage. Die Zimmer und Einrichtung sind jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Renovierung oder einen frischen Anstrich vertragen.

Beautiful place . Me and my wife enjoyed every second of staying there. At la maisonette des Olivier we felt relaxed all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very nice even though we had lots of bees joining us at the table , apart from that everything was nice. I recommend to everyone.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Maison des Oliviers. Le personnel est très attentif et le service de grande qualité. L’endroit est spacieux et impeccablement propre. La piscine est agréable, et un service de restauration est disponible sur place. Il est également possible de profiter de soins de massage sur rendez-vous, avec une prise en charge rapide. Le restaurant du soir propose un large choix de plats délicieux. Nous avons hâte de revenir pour notre prochain séjour !

The property is very well maintained. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and well maintained gardens too. I shall add that the staff are very nice, obliging and the property is clean. The one and only downside is that on the same street there is an open rubbish dump. This is not hygienic and one could smell the rubbish from the pavement too. Other than that the hotel is a great place to stay in. I hope to return there one day!

This is actually a really great hotel. It's far enough out of the centre to have reasonable air quality (a major problem in central areas of Marrakesh), although this means you need a car/taxi to get into town. Lovely, tranquil landscaped setting. The pool was warm enough for a pleasant swim at the start of December. Food in the restaurant is really good. Good breakfast, too. Pleasant, friendly staff. A good choice for Marrakesh!

Fine billeder og anmeldelser som gjorder at vi valgte stedet,- men det levede slet ikke op til virkeligheden… stedet er slidt og vores deluxe værelse (dog med flot udsigt til pool) havde et tv der ikke fungede og en bruser (den store) der var gået i stykker. Plus en pære der var gået på toilettet og en vask hvor vandet ikke røg ud før flere minutter efter og wc der havde svært ved at skylle ud. Stedet bliver kørt af mænd der nærmest minder om en mafia bande, der skal have så mange penge ud af gæsterne som muligt. Dog var der enkelte tjenere der var serviceminded, men både morgenmad og aftensmad skulle man vente 20 min efter åbningstudspunkt,- før de var klar.

Das war mit Abstand das beste Hotel in dem wir waren! Das Personal war mehr als zuvorkommend, die Anlage ist super schön & das beste ist das man zur Stadt bzw. zu den ganzen Attraktionen nie mehr als 25 min mit dem Auto gefahren ist. Würden immer wieder kommen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub:)

Je trouve que la carte des 2 restaurants n'a pas changé depuis des années et pareil pour la musique d'ambiance (exactement les mêmes playlists que l'année dernière) Il y a un besoin de renouveler la climatisation et la robinetterie ainsi que les transats de la piscine... Le service au restaurant est vite débordé à cause de la cuisine je pense car les serveurs sont au top. Le cuisinier n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles !

Es war sehr ruhig das Essen war Normal das Areal sehr groß , und ich wollte das Hammam nutzen und kein Service von der Karte . Als ich die Dame nett fragte das ich nur ohne Service das Hammam nutzen will,fragte Sie unbeschämt weiter und wollte mir den Service verkaufen. Am Ende wollte Sie ein Trinkgeld dazu . (Ohne Service )

Superbe établissement, le personnel est très serviable et sympathique. La restauration est toute aussi merveilleuse et excellente Les chambres sont faites tout les jours et la literie est confortable. Seul bémol, la climatisation un peu bruyante mais très utile si la météo est au beau fixe. Le début de notre séjour a été chaud (45 a 50°), ma clim a été obligatoire la nuit.
