Our first time to Marrakech, and he we wanted to try a Riad, and we chose well. If you want the traditional Riad experience but with an element of Luxury I would recommend. Staff extremely attentive, even presuming (correctly) what I was going to order for breakfast, which was excellent. Spa, which is a must, was an experience..with a traditional Hamman. Rooms are traditional, but clean and high end, with our room coming out to a court yard, like so many. Pools, one on the roof top and one on the ground floor are nice, not massive but good enough to chill and have a drink supplied by the excellent waiting staff. Location is great, you wouldn’t know it existed, but a 10 min walk you are into your main square and souks.

They were excellent. Very accommodating to our late arrival. Beautiful room with a roof top terrace of our own. Wonderful breakfast and right in the center of everything. A splendid stay with a very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is total subtle luxury. You can’t tell from the street and when the door opens so does the entrance to a beautiful property.

The staff are warm, attentive and friendly. An oasis of calm in the chaos of the Medina.The facilities are exceptional with 2 pools. ..so best of both worlds. Pools to relax by in the heat, short walk to the souks and sights. Our room was a junior suite. It was right near the courtyard pool, a huge space with an open fire and a few steps to the restaurant. Breakfast was generous and varied with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice every day.

The hotel itself is fantastic and close to everything. The grounds are immaculate and there was plenty of greenery via plants and beautiful flowers and roses in/on the courtyard fountain. The daily breakfast offerings were also a plus. The amenity that we enjoyed the most was the rooftop pool with beautiful views of the city. Lastly, the staff were awesome, the service they provided was excellent. They checked in often to make sure we were happy. After some time we were able to get their names and address them by their first names. Abdel, Khadijah, Kamal, Customer Experience Coordinator Hassam and Rasheed our driver. The young lady in the shop ( unfortunately I forget her name) was also very helpful. We appreciated all of their efforts which made our stay really special and memorable. Thank you.

Beautiful property to stay for few days . Only drawback is that they provide Iron in rooms - so you have to request concierge for getting your clothes pressed (no charge though) . Otherwise the staff and people were very friendly and helpful.

Short break to Marrakech

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They organised a fabulous trip to the Atlas Mountains and as we’re changing hotels took a taxi to the next hotel with our luggage. The bar area was very relaxing and room 9 with access to the private terrace and access to the rooftop pool was a lovely surprise. Cannot recommend highly enough.

An oasis from the heat and bustle but an easy walk to all the main sights. Staff are courteous, professional and always on hand when needed. Interiors are superb. Room was excellent and inclusive daily laundry service is a nice touch. We did not dine in but breakfast service could be uneven. Strictly speaking there are the described 3pools but only one is available to all as the others are on private terraces. Would I stay again? Absolutely.
