El riad es muy bonito y el personal muy amable. Nos resolvieron el problema del transporte al aeropuerto. El desayuno está muy rico y la terraza es fantástica!

las personas que lo regentan son muy buenas viajamos con el niño pequeño y nos pusieron la cuna y nos cuidaban como di fuéramos de la familia. el desayuno es espectacular!!! el único pero es la gente de Marrakech, que intentan engañarte siempre.

A éviter absolument

En arrivant 3 heures d'attente avant de nous attribuer notre chambre. L'organistion n'ai apparemment par leur fort, car les clients après nous on subit le même sort. La chambres sans fenêtres vers l'extérieur et très bruyant, robonineterie fuit.... Le personnel en apparance très serviable mais au final plein de surperfuges pour vous soutirer quelques dirams. Inadmissible même pour client pas pointilleux

Not a good experience

Not a bad location and priced reasonably inexpensive for Marrakech but the group of guys running the place really don't know what they are doing. Furniture in room was rickety, sink backed up, no light in bathroom. They did not even have a business card with location. Did not provide an invoice when I asked.

Excellent place with friendly nice staff.

Really cute and has a back packers feel to it what with the young laid back staff and the epic roof terrace perfectly designed for a shmoke and a pancake. The riad is on a st called rue de la kasbar which is mostly Moroccan population unlike some other parts if the old media where you can't breathe for tourists. This hotel was really made for us by the manager "Rashid" what a legend, friendly, efficient and helpful. All the best to riad boutouil!

Marrakesh in Gennaio

Situato nel centro vecchio della città, questo Riad, che sembra nascosto tra i vicoli e gli anfratti della Kasba, rivela una strategica posizione logisticamente interessante. L'alloggio, molto confortevole, dotato di tutti i servizi necessari, nella stagione invernale viene scaldato, alla sera, da un climatizzatore che non fa rimpiangere l'assenza di altre forme di riscaldamento. Le colazioni, le escursioni proposte, diventano un ulteriore punto di forza gestito egregiamente dal personale preposto: Abdul, giovane Berbero di grandi capacità comunicative e dalla signora Fatima per la parte più legata al confort dell'ospite. Pertanto, non posso che consigliarlo di cuore. Personalmente so che ci tornerò.

No room despite reservation

Riad cannot be rated since they could not give us a room although we have booked and received a confirmation in advance. After checking in in a riad in the neighbourhood, the manager of Boutouil offered to give us a stay for one night in a much better and more expensive riad for one night where we could have used swimming pool and other facilities but even this could not be realised in the end.

Schönes Riad, nur ein kurzer Weg zum großen Platz. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, das sowohl englisch und französisch als auch deutsch spricht. Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, leider funktionierte dir Warmwassereinstellung im Bad nur bedingt... Die Dachterasse war wirklich schön, aber die Möbel müssten mal ausgetauscht werden.

Il riad era vicino al centro, pulito e con del personale professionale e gentilissimo. le camere curate e pulite come anche le zone in comune. una fantastica terrazza dove poter fare l'abbondante colazione offerta dal riad. esperienza fantastica!!!

A mon arrivée, visiblement je n'étais pas attendu... petit déjeuner nul!!! café et lait dans un thermos, vache qui rit (sic) c'est cela un petit déjeuner continental?? De plus pour déjeuner a partir de 8h00 il faut réveiller le personnel et une seule table a disposition il faut attendre son tour pour petit déjeuner. chambre sans confort au rdc vous profitez du bruit de l'accueil et de la salle pour petit déjeuner, il faut avoir le sommeil très lourd. la tv ne fonctionne pas, la douche et sdb vraiment limite... mal situé, bruyant et malgré la bonne volonté de la personne à l'accueil le bilan est sans appel. rien à voir avec ce qui est proposé sur votre site, le prix et totalement injustifié et j'ai vraiment dû faire preuve de patience et de compréhension sachant que je ne restais que 3 jours, d'ailleurs le matin de mon départ à 7h30 le matin même un café pour petit déjeuner n'était pas possible. Bref, a ne pas recommander...
