Terrible hotel and location!

The riad was difficult to find. On the way to the riad you have to walk through alleyways which smell of cat wee and there are stray cats lurking wherever you look. It's not pleasant. People are carelessly riding motorbikes through the narrow pathway so you have to be extra cautious so that you are not hit. As for the riad itself , it's not 4 star that's for sure. It felt like I had walked back in time , everything was very basic. The room didn't even contain a standard lock instead we were given a padlock to lock the door . The room was tiny , with one little area to store our belongings . The bathroom didn't have a door, so we could smell the stench of beach coming through to the bedroom. There was no bath, a very basic walk in shower which looked far from appealing. The toilet seat was faulty and the hand basin was dirty. The window in the bathroom was linked to the inside of the riad and had a light cotton covering and there was no window shutter. I felt that there was no privacy whatsoever. As for breakfast this was very basic with limited choice. In the end I had to go and stay in another hotel close in the new city. One which was clean and comfortable to stay in.

A lovely hotel, very close to the main square.

Lovely riad hotel, right in the centre of medina and 5 mins walking distance from the main square. The hotel was clean and well decorated with lovely staff. I had the room on the 1st floor and the only down side for me was that the internet connection was terrible and weak. Also the breakfast was very repetitive. Coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, bread with honey and jams. Would have been lovely if there was a savory option.

4 star riad/hotel tucked away in Marrakesh alley.

perfect 4 star raid hidden in the alleys of Marrakesh. hard to find if your new to the city but this was ideal for me. the rooms are perfect, got everything you need. although I wasn't allowed to play my music in my room so this is why I've not rated this 5 star

Conveniente, na medida, ponto.

Wifi não funciona em todos os lugares. Não tem serviços adicionais (venda de comidas, despertador, etc.) Iluminação do quarto só com abajours. Mas é bem bonitinho e muito bem localizado.

horrible personnel insultant et raciste! (un comble dans le tourisme) je ne recommande absolument pas même si on me l offrait je n y retournerai plus jamais j'ai même quitter le riad 3 jours avant la fin de mon séjour (remarques incessantes en arabe ,pensant que je ne comprenais pas!...sejour de seulement 5 jours) et bien sur ils se sont empressez débiter ma carte de tout le séjour! ....FUYEZ!

Was really good. Staff where really helpful, and breakfast was really good too with fresh orange juice and very generous. But was pretty basic. Room was really nice and stayed cool. The only problem was there was no hot water in the shower because it takes forever to heat up. But the location was great off the street a bit so it was quiet at night and walking distance to everything

Very good riad in Marrakech Medina

Friendly and attentive service, good breakfast, clean rooms. The place is 5 minutes walk from Jemaa EL Fnaa. When we had to leave early in the morning,breakfast was left outside of our bedroom.

Riad Ihssane fooled us

When we reached Diar Ihsanne we found it under works and they referred us to another Riad that was not at all what we expected it to be. We had to look for another place and we found a room in Riad L'heure d'ete'. The staff were very helpful and the room was good but the toilets very small and without the small shower we use to wash for as Muslim we need to use water to wash. They managed to give us bottle to fill with water from the tub and use in the toilet. In this riad we stayed 3 nights during which they did not change the sheets nor the towels. The breakfast was okay.

Charmantes Haus inmitten der Medina

Bereits am Flughafen wurden wir sehr nett von dem organisierten Fahrdienst empfangen. Wenn man sich in der Medina nicht auskennt, sollte man diesen Service unbedingt nutzen, denn das Riad ist im Strassengewirr nicht einfach zu finden. Es ist auch nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar, Gepäck wird mit einer Karre transportiert. Dort angekommen, wurden wir überrascht von einem über 400 Jahre alten traditionell mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Haus mit toller Wohlfühlatmosphåre. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, jederzeit ansprechbar. Sehr sauberes Haus, sehr häufiger Wåschewechsel, angenehmes Frühstück im Innenhof. Trotz lauter Medina sehr ruhig. Wir waren nach 5 Tagen Aufenthalt restlos zufrieden. Wer keinen 5Sterne Luxus braucht und bei den Menschen sein will, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Cute Riad in great location!

This Riad was amazing. The first day there they brought us freshly squeezed orange juice. They were very helpful in showing us how to get around and the location of the Riad is convenient to all the major attractions in the old Medina.

Déçu par le riad ravis par le personnels

Hygiéne des chambres très médiocre, le changement des draps est fait tout les jours mais le ménage jamais. Ce Riad est bien pour passer trois nuits au max, petit déj très petit. Le personel c'est le point fort de ce riad, très chaleureux, aimable serviable disponible à tout moment qui ne fait oublier tout les reste.

Ist ganz ok

Die günstigen Zimmer sind im Erdgeschoss, was bedeutet, dass man die Geräusche von Patio direkt im Zimmer hat (wenn zb das Frühstück vorbereitet wird) und dass man die Vorhänge immer zumachen muss, deshalb ist es nicht sehr hell. Ansonsten ist es ganz gemütlich und geräumig. Der Patio ist sehr hübsch.

A Delightful Surprise

My room was a delightful surprise, with it's own bathroom on an upper floor. Imad, at the front desk, was especially kind and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed me stay here, and hopefully will return on my next stay in Morocco.
