    Nestled at the foot of Monte Arci, with a splendid view of the distant sea and the surrounding mountains, Villa Vivi Natura is the ideal place for a holiday dedicated to nature, relaxation, and privacy.



    The villa, about 100 m², features a small outdoor spa with an above-ground pool, hot tub, sauna, and outdoor shower. You have a large covered patio, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to four people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fireplace, air conditioning in the living room and all rooms, and a washing machine. The villa offers a private outdoor area of two fenced hectares, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub (myrtle, mastic, wild olive, rockrose), ensuring privacy, as well as a large garden with centuries-old olive trees, fruit trees, and a barbecue. The house is about 30 km from the beaches of the west coast, such as "Is Aruttas", "Tharros" and "Torre dei Corsari". Numerous hiking trails nearby allow you to reach the summit of Monte Arci. The area is also ideal for horseback riding and boat trips along the coast. The property is only 15 km from Oristano. You have parking and an electric car charging station. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Oil and seasonal fruit are offered. You are required to respect recycling rules (more information available on site) and may freely pick fruit from the garden trees.
