An ideal choice for a getaway shared with friends or family, the property allows the perfect balance of opportunities for group gatherings while also ensuring standalone convenience between the two separate cabins.

Each home features an all-new interior complete with key features like a mighty mid-size kitchen, free WiFi, a smart TV, and powerful mini-split air-conditioning. The Sunrise Cabin also includes a private hot tub.

Things To Do:
-Be sure to take advantage of the new Hatley Pointe Ski Resort (15 miles north) that just opened after major renovations.
-Explore Mars Hill University (4 miles west) and stop into the quaint small town coffee shop, grab a meal at a restaurant, enjoy a movie or beverage at Mars Theatre Brewing Company or bring your discs and try out the disc golf course on campus.
-Take a hike at one of the numerous hiking areas around WNC like Bailey Mountain Preserve (5 miles north west)
-Stop by and check out Weaverville (10 miles south) and the art galleries, stores and shops on your way into Asheville.
-Asheville has many places to enjoy and explore and is only 20 miles south.

-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-
-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
