"The night we arrived the power was out to the whole area including the hotel, though no fault of their own, and they had generator power, the air conditioning was not working on generator power. "We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The views were magnificent and very relaxing. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen which made it easy while preparing our meals. The bedrooms were also fully stocked (no need to bring extra bedding). The property is located a good distance away from shopping, so it is best to bring your own provisions when first arriving. Also, take it easy on the mountain roads, as they are very windy and steep. The host was very easy to deal with and May was available at all times if we needed anything. I would stay at your beautiful cabin in the future without hesitation! "

"Our family had a fabulous time at this mountain retreat, enjoying the spectacular views, amazing card table, and fun video games. We appreciated the many "extras" this home included such as comfortable beds with plenty of pillows, televisions with live TV and Roku in the family room as well as the game room and multiple bedrooms, multiple fireplaces, and a very well stocked kitchen and laundry room with everything you could need and more. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and Elliott was an excellent host who responded right away whenever we had a question. This home was even more impressive in person than in the pictures, with four floors and multiple decks overlooking the mountains. It took about 40 minutes for us to get to Asheville, and that was perfect for us. We were looking for a spot to get away and relax as a family for a few days, and this home was perfect. We would love to go back again!"

"Plenty of room for our large group. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views! Very well stocked with shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and laundry detergent - all those little things you don’t want to have to worry about bringing on vacation. Great supply of linens too - including some outdoor towels for the hot tub. We cooked large meals each night of our stay, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had fun skiing at Hatley Pointe - and the house was conveniently close to get down to the ski lodge."
