"We spent a week in Ireland across 3 hotels, this was by far our favorite. The basics like offering a good spot to fill water bottles, having a comfy bed, a good shower pressure. But they went above and beyond with their unique offers. There’s Marshal speakers in every room you can connect to which made getting ready so much more fun, the tv’s connected to your phone so you can play all your favorite shows, and they even stored our luggage for 5 days for us while we traveled the rest of the country before coming back. I don’t have enough good things to say about this hotel and their lovely staff. Thank you for making our stay they best!"

"I’ve stayed here 3 times now and each time the wifi is like dial up from the 90s! It’s super slow and pages take forever to load. I also had to pay a €25 fee to check in early when I didn’t even ask for an early check in, I simply asked if I could drop my bag and they offered it to me! This was my third stay in the same month, perhaps they could have shown good customer service and waived the fee???"

"I stayed here as my flight was 9 hours late, the last bus had left and the airport hotels were full. It was close to 11.30pm when I arrived. I asked the receptionist if he could give me some toothpaste (as it was the one toiletry item I didn’t have). He had no stocks and he referred me to the vending machines. The ones I found only had beverages and snacks. When I went to my room I discovered it didn’t have a usb port and my phone needed to be charged. I asked the receptionist if I could borrow an adaptor (I only had my Italian one). He was extremely reluctant to lend me one and I really had to grovel. He did eventually give me one. I appreciated the complementary water. This is not the best hotel to stay in when you are stranded like I was. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. He made no allowances for my situation. While I am Irish - I think this customer service doesn’t reflect well on the so called Irish welcome ! I paid €182.25 for a few hours (left at 8.10am). While the room was fine, the whole experience was disappointing. "

"Perfect hotel in a nice area outside of the city centre. The bus stop was conveniently right outside. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean, and the hotel itself was nice and peaceful. Pretty cheap for how nice it was. "
