Staff were always happy to help and very friendly throughout our stay. Only downside was the breakfast. The room was solid for the price, the air conditioning was great and there was enough space. The breakfasts were delicious and the evening menu had a good range of tasty meals. You have to remember that things run on Maltese time so if you are expecting the pool to be open first thing, chill and remember you are on holiday. You must walk down the steps and jump into the Med at the Blu grotto canal, but you have to be a proficient swimmer to do this. "Location was good! No issues with local renovations as mentioned in Trip Advisor Reviews! Unable to accommodate an early check in! Airport Transfer booked through hotel and was excellent and on time! Noisy rooms neighbours which reception sorted once made aware! Lovely room! 2 separate clean bathroom towels had someone else’s hair on them! Staff lovely! Air con good! Really squeaky bed which disturbed sleep, but partners was fine! Overall would recommend"
