Building and rooms are old and tired although location is really good, great for families especially with small kids and staff are great apart from a front desk guy Kissidy who was unhelpful did not even help even if they knew our room was downgraded.
All other staff was great and helpful though including hotel manager all other front desk and restaurant staff.

This hotel is located in the centre of the St Julian's and close to the airport bus station & beach and bars. The room is very well designed and very clean & suitable. The recepetion staff was very friendly and helpful during our whole trip. Many thanks to the staff May, she helped us to extend the check out time and booked spa servce:) Hope will be back one days!
