"We flood have booked for a longer visit. The area is stunning. It is a lovely town. "

"Nothing fancy, but impeccably clean and the view from the rooms toward the sea is beautiful. The beach walk between the hotel and sea is wonderful and the staff were very nice. "

"It’s very close to the train station. The facilities are quite basic, and if you want to dine out you need to walk into the town centre. However, considering the location, the accommodation and the price are quite reasonable."

"The hotel was clean, and convenient. Half of staff were good, but the woman at the desk freaked out...running over to us when we attempted to take a plate from the nearby dining room up to our room. We apologized profusely for our error and she said it was ok, but plainly not. She gave us a different dish?!? Dining room was never more than 1/3 full, yet could only get reservation for an hour and a half later. Then the meal prep took exactly one hour. We asked why we couldnt have soup and salad first and were told in no uncertain terms we must wait...is there a problem with that? Nooo.... So finally the whole meal came all at once. It was late and we no longer cared."

"Walkable to town (has New World supermarket) and beach. About 30 mins from Gorge. Definitely recommended for an overnight or longer stay. "

"Very clean room. We arrived a bit late and the staff still helped us checking in. "

"Reception lobby was so warm and inviting as were the staff when someone eventually came to the counter, but everything went a bit downhill from that point. A room change was necessary due to a burning smell (faulty microwave). 2nd room had major cleanliness issues in kitchen and lounge area and a broken cooker resulting in our dinner being cooked by the restaurants helpful chef! The freezer was so frozen up the door wouldn’t open! Staff were very apologetic but it marred what has been a lovely day. The Indoor pool had a low waterline and tiles missing. The hotel room in general need some serious TLC. Staff were nice although very few of them. Took a walk down to the beach nearby which was pleasant. "
