  • Located in the heart of the Languedoc wine region and right on the UNESCO-listed Canal du Midi, Les Petites Écuries offers a 4,100 m² estate for a relaxing getaway. Once a stable, this charming property is now a peaceful retreat and the perfect base to explore local attractions.



    The BIJOU holiday home (60 m²) is a cozy cottage with a garden terrace and a smaller terrace by the pool. Inside, you’ll find a living and dining area on the ground floor, one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200), and a bathroom with bathtub/shower and WC. Both terraces are equipped for outdoor dining, and a barbecue is available on the main terrace.



    The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and satellite TV. A washing machine is also provided. The house features air conditioning, heating, unlimited fiber Wi-Fi, and on-site parking.
