  • In the heart of the Languedoc wine region, right on the UNESCO-listed Canal du Midi, you'll find the 4,100 m² Les Petites Écuries estate. Once a horse stable, it is now a peaceful retreat and the perfect base to explore the area’s attractions.



    Holiday home PONPON (60 m²) is a cozy cottage with a terrace overlooking the garden and a smaller terrace by the pool. Inside, there’s a living and dining area on the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed and en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and toilet, and two terraces. A barbecue is available on the terrace.



    The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, satellite TV, and washing machine. The property offers air conditioning, heating, unlimited 500Mb fiber optic Wi-Fi, and on-site parking.
