"Layout of hotel was difficult to navigate. Finding my room was a challenge since there were so many hallways. Parking was convenient, but the parking lot needs repair. Close to casino, if that's your preference. Free breakfast was a plus, with lots to offer, by way of food choice. Rooms were clean and comfortable, only wish there were larger TV screens."

"I come here very often and upon a last visit I had a jetted tub room. Tub was broken and staff was well aware. I was told it was last jetted tub room available and that I would be refunded for the inconvenience especially since it was our anniversary and I still haven't received it and that was in August "

"Economical property facilitated me for what I needed. It’s in the middle of being remodeled as a result those absolutely no ice machines on any of the floors. It was available in the breakfast area but not very convenient. Had to get a lamp fixed in the room as it was in need of new switch not just a bulb. The extra latch on the door was broke and been fixed in a while. All in all still worth it for the "

"Excellent. It’s very clean, and the staff is wonderful. Only a couple of miles to the fountain and little shops in downtown Marshall. If they would add a nice sitting area would make it perfect. Right now there is just a picnic table under some trees with lots of bugs. "

"Our Girlfriend weekend to Marshall's Home Tour was great and we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the Quality Inn. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was excellent."
