"Good location, probably with character "

"We were really disappointed with our stay at Von Trapp. While the grounds were pretty, we were primarily there to ski. Unfortunately the ski shuttle was not available when we were there, even though this is part of the resort fee you have no choice but to pay. Our room also was in a wifi dead zone so we could not stream any TV at night which is what we look forward to after a long ski day. When we complained about this and other things, the staff responded with indifference and "we'll try to get someone there". It was unusual given we were paying $600/night. The interior shows a lot of wear and tear and is in need of an update to justify the prices. We won't be returning."

"Lobby area was quite nice and offered a good selection of drinks and food. Staff was extremely friendly."

"I have stayed here several times. It is in good shape with welcoming staff. The woman at the desk immediately helped me get a new key when I locked myself out of my room."
