The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. "Lovely attentive staff. Unloaded luggage at the rear of the hotel and with help of great directions parked across the river in the secure underground parking at the Thermal Baths. Easy 5 minute walk back to the hotel lobby. Great spot!!"
