"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3. "

"It was in a really good location for us. 10 minutes walk from the station, 20 minutes walk from the leaning tower. Breakfast was very good. Reception staff were very helpful as was the shuttle to the airport."
