"was not clean back porch was dirty and house is in need of repairs. Shower leaks flooring popping up sheets needed changing sofa bed filthy. back porch was dirty in need of pressure washing. Not enough outdoor lighting. House did not live up to VRBO listing. I thought we were getting a better house than last year and was very disappointed. Paid more thinking I was getting a better place. "

"I fish on Sam Rayburn often and have stayed at multiple houses on lake this house by far was the best ! Plenty of room for parking boats and trucks . Having a launch to use and you can use the launch even with the lake 8 feet low is a definite plus!"

And the room was very smelly and dirty. It was horrible place to stay. And i asked fir a receipt and was told it will be in your email. Well i did nit get it. If i you were planning ti stsy here. I would not."
