"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "新しいホテルで、きちんと清掃もされており、部屋は快適でした。深夜の到着でもスタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応くださり、ありがたかったのですが、コインランドリーを使用しようとしたところ、全てに洗濯物が入っており、１つは使用中で、残りは洗濯終了しているが取りにこない。フロントに言っても、暗証番号でナンバーロックするようになっているので、本人でないと取り出せないといわれ、夜中2時に車で近隣のコインランドリーにいくはめになり、最悪の宿泊でした。スタッフの方は終始丁寧で、チェックアウトでも謝罪があったが、客のマナー頼みの設備は考えてもらいたいです。"
