"We booked well in advance, but upon arriving at 6pm on the day of our reservation, we were met with nobody, then eventually a kind man who called around for us and managed to track down the property manager, who disavowed any knowledge whatsoever of our reservation, going so far as to say he never works with hotels.com or hotels.es or anyone else. He never even apologized for the inconvenience all this may have caused us, his only observation was that this wasn't his fault and that was the end...
