Clean and spacious rooms, though the lighting could be improved — our room felt a bit too dark, not sure if that is intentional or that it is the style of the building. The facility is great and has a welcoming atmosphere. Food at the bar was delicious. It’s within walking distance of most places, about 15 minutes from the central hub, but we didn’t find that inconvenient.

Hotel was in a great location. Easy walking access to many Christmas Markets. Also 5 minutes from Museum Island and from river boat cruise. Friendly check in and nice room

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Didn’t realise how massive it was when I booked but it didn’t feel big and soulless at all. Breakfast was busy but great, rooms were massive and it was excellent value. Was very sad to check out
