Good location

Price was great. A little out dated. Keirig coffee maker was broken. But not a big deal. Had garbage disposal which was great. Over all good vacay. Would stay again

Relaxing Getaway

Had a great time here! It’s located in a nice quiet area within a short drive to the beach and businesses. Fort Walton has a lot of free public beach access spots. We were surprised by the beautiful views of the bay at the condos! The condo was clean and comfortable. Didn’t hear any noises from neighbors which was nice. We didn’t hear from the host until the day of our check-in, but after that she was helpful and gave us everything we needed to know.

I never even had a chance to open the door and had no response from the host to get the access code after several attempts. I was in town for a funeral and drove 8 hours only to have to find another place to stay at the last minute. I will never use this app nor refer the hostess. I am still waiting for my refund which I am entitled to since the hostess didn’t hold up their end of the agreement

Rooms was clean but some dishes were dirty along with an unpleasant smell through out the condo. This is not a condo for a vacation much less a honey moon. It was long term apartments people rented out. There were resident mailboxes on the premises. They have it rated as excellent but it does not even come close to that. The elevator sounded horrible, look really shabby and stinky and small. Like it was ready to break at any given moment. The walk way to the rooms were shabby and had broken cement with broken pipes. A part of the outside ceiling had a section that was reinforced with plywood and post holding up the plywood. They called it renovation but it was more like it was fixed half ass to make do. Not actually fix it. That is not renovation. They refuse to give our money back. We didn’t stay there one day after we seen it. For the money we spent to stay here should have been much better. Do not even think of going here for a vacation. I don’t mean to give a poor rating but that is what felt after arriving there
