Room is clean, beds get made every day in bedroom re supplied daily. Very good Gym good water pressure the room is a bit dark, but we will stay here again.

Everything was perfect, except when we first checked in and settled into our room, took a shower and the water overflowed into the flooring. Maintenance came up right away and fixed it, but that evening, one of the main lights wouldn’t shut off because the switch was broke and since that was late in the evening, we had a hard time getting a hold of someone to come up and fix it because we wasn’t able to sleep with that blaring in our eyes.. They ended up switching us to a different room, but everything other than that was perfect. The next morning, though they were switching our rooms and staff was very friendly, very clean rooms, extremely great location for Times Square, but quite enough you can sleep because it was only a block away.

"Spacious clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Delicious hot breakfast. The only thing is that our room window is directly looking at the houses on the opposite side of the street. Privacy is definitely an issue. You can also hear the busy street."

"The employees were friendly, breakfast was great in the mornings, and hotel room was clean. We stayed two nights. The first night, the room next to ours had an argument at 2 am and woke everyone up. The second night, there was a large dog barking."
