Your cozy getaway awaits in Maryland at this adorable bungalow located just a few minutes from the Dreams Park, Cooperstown and Oneonta. Inside, guests find two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and plenty of soft towels for your convenience as well as a washer and dryer located in the basement. A full kitchen with stovetop and an outdoor barbecue are included. Stay cool with air conditioning throughout the space, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring or after a busy day at the dreams park. or just enjoy sitting on the enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Fishing access is right there and in walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly seniors, no parties allowed or events. Swimming also available on the lake.
