Riverbend - GOODYEAR LAKE - Built in 2014, Riverbend takes its name from the bend in the northern channel of the lake. This dramatic waterfront home has a large wrap around deck which is a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets across the water with the rolling hills beyond. The lawn gently slopes down to the 100 foot waterfront with private dock. This is a great area for fishing. A fire pit between the house and the water is great for family campfires! A kayak, paddleboard and paddle boat are also included.

The open floor plan allows the living area, dining area and kitchen all to enjoy a water view through the sliding glass doors and the multiple windows. The doors lead out to the 480 square foot deck which is set up for relaxing anytime of day. The hosts provide a 675 square foot game room, complete with air hockey, a basketball game and more. This home is especially designed for casual, comfortable living and is graced with a stylish, tasteful decor.

Perfect home for multiple families

The home was perfect for our group of 3 families with plenty of room for everyone. Close enough to Dreams Park that we could make the trip between games if we needed a break from the heat or to grab a bite to eat. Kids hung out one day with us and loved playing ping pong, taking the paddle board out and fishing from the dock. Highly recommend the home for any families heading up to Dreams Park

Wonderful stay at River Bend

This was the perfect house for our families that were playing at Dreams Park. The younger kiddos had their own playroom with ping pong, games, and their own bunks. The lake was awesome with a paddle boat, kayak, and paddle board. The fire pit and balcony was the perfect setting for some night time relaxing and watching the early morning sunrise. The house was the perfect location being only 10mins away from the park and 15 from the main Cooperstown village. Highly recommend this house and we’ll be back!
