Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If bringing a dog, please check yard for pet droppings. Lawn maintenance will charge us for droppings in yard.
Please place trash can in front of garage door closest to gutter downspouts on Wednesday evenings. Yeah pick up is early Thursday morning.
Lawn mowing is every Thursday afternoon. In case of inclement weather, the day may change.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
