Fantastic and clean!

Can’t say enough good things about this home! It was the perfect landing spot for our family. It was clean and minimal—easy for a family to stay there. It also was in a very safe location and we felt very comfortable. Vernon was a great host and quick to respond. We really enjoyed this place and highly recommend it!

Clean, quiet and convenient location

My husband, myself and my mom stayed here for a trip to Maryville for my son’s baseball tournament at Maryville College. The condo was clean and well maintained. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and spacious. We enjoyed putting together the puzzle and board games. Loved the convenience of the location as it was close to lots of restaurants and shopping. It was also a very short drive to the college. Also, liked that it had a washer and dryer available. We had a great stay.

Just what we needed.

My family and I booked this property last minute for my mother-in-laws funeral. As you can imagine it was a very difficult time for us and the host was wonderful. The property was very clean, in a very nice area, that was close to where we needed to be. Our family of six stayed here for four days and we had everything that we needed during that time. I highly recommend that anyone that is looking at this property book it. Thank you for make a tough time easier on our family.

Perfect place for your family

We really enjoyed staying here. I’m a clean freak and I usually bring my own cleaning supplies to go over the houses when we arrive but this place was immaculate! Everything smelled good (closets, and linen) They have everything you would need for your stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable.The space was helpful for our family. We really appreciated the location of the house too. I think the only thing we would’ve liked (but wasn’t a deal breaker) is more seating in the living room space. There are tons of bar stools but an additional couch would be nice. Also, ceiling fans in all rooms or portable fans available. Although the air conditioner was amazing upstairs, we know sleeping would’ve been more comfortable with a fan. We were very satisfied overall and we hope to stay here again!
