Nestle on the Holston River with amazing views of the river, farm and miniature farm animals. Amazing sunsets, firefly (lighting bug) shows in the summer and wildlife galore!

Book a professional fishing tour with us or rent fishing poles for the day. We also offer kayaks, tubing and fishing.

This tiny home has one bedroom on the main level and a loft with 2 twin beds. Room for another blow up bed (if needed).

Super close to the Historic Railway, The Smoky Mountains, Hiking trails, brewery's, downtown, UT Stadium and Interstate.
