Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room.

The hotel and staff were very nice. They charged €50 per day to park the car, that we had to pay the parking lot staff. They overcharged for one night and promised to make it right the next day, however they refused and forced me to pay more to get my car. The hotel staff unfortunately did not intervene. Very disappointing. Felt cheated

The room was very comfortable. You had the option of buying the breakfast was very good, lots of choice for everyone! There were a few restaurants for breakfast and lunch but if you wanted supper at the ones close you either needed a reservation or go early. It was a very nice area, walkable to all the sites.

"An unexpected GEM! The hotel remodeled a number of rooms and ours was incredible. They say the hotel closes in October to complete the job and it will be amazing. We are going to come back next Sept for an extended stay. Can't wait. Great service, close to downtown, very quiet. incredible"
