You are paying for the beach view. Hotel was not clean. Cleaner never came to my room and called twice. Hall ways had sand dust and filth and never cleaned it. Towels on beach a day later. Sheers in bed were dirty snd had to call to get them changed on first night. Most places in hotel were not open ...

The property is always consistent. It is clean and reliable. The staff is pleasant and it is in a great location relative to everything you would want to do in Falmouth. The price is reasonable as well.
