Casa Titì offers a delightful two-story layout, ideally suited for up to 6 guests.



Entrance level: a welcoming hallway grants access to two custom-designed double bedrooms, each with access to a private balcony. On the right side of the hallway are two modern bathrooms with shower.

Living area: the hallway seamlessly flows into a contemporary living space, featuring a double sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen and a dining area that opens up to a captivating view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Ascend the wooden staircase to reach the first floor, where a rooftop terrace awaits.

This outdoor space boasts comfortable lounging furniture, a rustic dining table and a jacuzzi nestled amidst century-old olive trees.

The panoramic views from the terrace are nothing short of breathtaking, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation, whether unwinding in the jacuzzi or dining under the open sky.

Casa Titì enjoys a peaceful and authentic setting in the area of San Montano, just above the centre of Massa Lubrense, combining a relaxed atmosphere with easy access to the finest spots of the Sorrento Peninsula:



Massa Lubrense town centre: with local shops, charming restaurants and cafés, about 1 km away (approximately 15 minutes on foot).

Marina di Puolo: the nearest beach, reachable in around 20 minutes using a combination of bus and a short walk, or by walking a private road to the coastline in approximately 15 minutes.

Sorrento: around 5.5 km away, typically about 20 minutes by car or bus, with direct connections to Capri, Naples and beyond.

Amalfi Coast and Pompeii: easily reached for scenic day trips.



Arrival and Check-In Information

Check-in time: between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Late arrivals are accommodated with prior notice and may incur an additional fee.

Check-out time: by 10:00 am.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.



Other Things to Note:

Arrival and Departure: check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-in between 10:00 pm and midnight is available upon request and incurs an additional fee of €30, to be paid in cash on arrival.

Usage policy: the property is designed exclusively for residential stays and a relaxed holiday experience. Events, private parties or gatherings are not permitted. External suppliers, including private chefs and catering services, are not permitted; all services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy.

Parking: a private parking space is available on site, providing convenience and flexibility for guests traveling by car.

City tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.

Accessibility: Casa Titì is accessed via a short flight of stairs, and a wooden staircase leads up to the rooftop terrace.
