Great place higher end formal attire at times. A bit out of the way to tourist site scenes area have to take taxi to tourist sites which can be pricy $25 to $30 euros. Faculty is great pool and poolside snacks ect. Only downside pool closes at 8pm guess it’s standard in European countries?

We had a wonderful week at the Palazzo Firenze by Baglioni Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is located a short walk from the center of Florence. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much for them. Their recommendations for restaurants were also excellent especially the Natalino which was 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
