Our stay was fantastic. The room was genuinely luxurious with marble fittings everywhere. The staff were brilliant and really knew what to recommend. The breakfast was good but rather crowded on the day we were there.

Parking in the garage was a nightmare to find. Our room was on the first floor and outside there is a permit for DJs to play music until 1am. The front desk couldn’t move us as the hotel was full. It was loud and not peaceful. The beach is not free or included in your stay! Expect to pay about 25-30 euro to go on the beach. Some hotels list access some list fees. Call and double check all hidden fees before booking.

I have stayed at the Social Hub twice and it is a clean, modern hotel within easy walking distance to the historic center and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Conveniently, there is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel that goes directly to the airport. The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful.
