- A sophisticated and unique 1950s villa spanning 350 square meters, offering generous interior spaces and a 1,500-square-meter garden with acacia, cedar, and oak trees: a green paradise just a stone’s throw from all amenities.
The villa stands on flat land on the edge of the beautiful and unique area surrounding Lake Massaciuccoli. It features a private pond with plants, frogs, and native fish, a billiards room, and a barbecue area
The property enjoys a prime location just 15 minutes from Versilia and Lucca, 30 minutes from Pisa, and 1 hour from Florence and the Cinque Terre, which are also accessible by train and bus (stops are just a few hundred meters away).
The villa is fully fenced and offers privacy and security for families and groups. Pets are welcome.
