"Check in and out couldn’t be easier. Location was great, close to beach access and not far drive from the local attractions/businesses. We stayed in Presidential Studio and the room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Parking was easy (didn’t require a pass but had no issues always have a spot.) Didn’t get to use them but saw beach chairs were available. 10/10, hope to stay again!"

"the Breeze was great for our family and my parents’ 50th Anniversary! this property was on a small lot but didn’t feel that way at all, it comfortably held all of us. it was advertised as having two ice makers but we could only get one to work… but it totally could have been user error! the property manager was always easy to get a hold of, very helpful, and they comped us for the ice we had to buy (super easy, a place that sells ice is around the corner). this property made my parents 50th perfect for spending tine with our family! "

"The pool and hot tub on this property are awesome. The distance to the beach was longer than expected especially since the condominium is ocean front. Limited view of the ocean from our condo. The owner was wonderful with communications ensuring the condo was up to standard. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again if returned to the area. "

"This is a beautiful condo with an ocean view from all rooms. Very nicely furnished and equipped. I really appreciated the tea kettle in the kitchen. Everything you need is provided. The grounds are well maintained and the beach is easy to access. The pool area is nice, not noisy. Just to the north on the beach is East Park and a wonderful WWII museum and just to he south is Massengale Park which has a floating bridge over the marsh and provides easy beach access even at high tide. It’s a great location on St. Simon’s. Restaurants are nearby. Be sure and try Fiddlers and Crabdaddys. The village is about a mile away and filled with more restaurants (we liked Barbara Jeans, The Half Shell, and Palmers Village Cafe) plus the pier, lighthouse and parks. We will be back!"
