"This is a very nice property. With that being said, it was not exactly what we expected. It was more like a Vacation Rental By Owner with a pub than a hotel, having no help with baggage, no carts for baggage, no room service, etc. That being said, if a Vacation Rental By Owner is for what you are looking, this is nice, clean, and quiet; the staff was very friendly and professional. (Possibly, we did not do enough research before we booked.)"

"The units are old. You get what you pay for. The room was comfortable, clean, and suited us fine. The location was an easy walk to great food, bars, and the pier. The staff was helpful and friendly. We will go there again."

"What a fun place to stay in St Simons Island! We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and "people watch" from the balcony in the evening. And the reserved parking space was a plus in the busy village area. The apartment itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated and spacious. The host was very friendly and checked on us after we arrived. Overall, my excellent rating was well deserved!"

"We stay here for the proximity to the beach. If you want more concierge-type service, this is not the place for you. Our room was a bit muggy and the floors weren’t super clean but that’s to be somewhat expected for the beach. We love the location and that’s why we’ll continue to return."
