"Lovely clean and central hotel"

"Our family of six loved our stay at this villa. Perfectly clean, well equipped and family games available. The villa has a lot of charm and is full of interesting ornaments and paintings that the owners have collected on their travels which gives the property character. Eric and Florence were very welcoming and happy to help with anything. The pool is great and our kids enjoyed lots of time there. Oh and the views are spectacular. The location is perfect for exploring Lake Annecy. We spent a couple of days at the beach in Saint Jorioz which was quieter than the main town of Annecy but still offered water sports and swimming without the crowds and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.We loved it."

"We got stuck in traffic so arrived very late to the property. The communication with the property was great. It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. "

"Very friendly and helpful owners. We arrived early and there was no problem. The house was very clean and spacious, perfect for our group of 10 friends. The house has everything you need. It has access to a stream, perfect for cooling off on hot days. There's a great barbecue for preparing meals. We had a wonderful week there and would love to come back someday. Thank you :)"
