"The hotel is in an excellent location in the center of Paris and just steps away from the central Metro station, so it is easy to get to any part of Paris fairly easily. Several of the major attractions such as the Louvre, Museum d'Orsay, Tuileries Gardens, etc. can be reached by walking. The staff is super nice, friendly, and very helpful in answering questions. "Overall we had a pleasant stay! The unit was spacious and the kitchenette was a bonus. However, when we first entered the room it had a slight stench of sewage. It wasn’t unbearable so we did not bother to ask to switch rooms, mostly because we were exhausted from our 20 hr travel day. "I loved the little kitchen. This allowed us to be able to cook and eat in our room if we wanted. The hotel is a 5 min walk from Metro Line 4 Mairie Montrouge. This line gets you to all the places you want to visit in Paris. Staff were friendly and helpful and there is a bakery right next door for your daily croissant. "

"As stated in the website "parking available ", and that was of the reasons to choose this hotel, i was expecting to be provided with a parking spot; instead the hotel provided me the address of a parking nearby that charges €48 per day. Other than that, rooms are a bit small but nice an well distributed. I didn't see nothing interesting in the area, but the hotel is in front of the metro, 10 to 15min away from turistic attractions. The facility itself isn't terrible but could use some improvements such as showers not being fully enclosed and water getting everywhere and creating rust on door frame. There is a grocery store around the corner from the hotel's front door which is more than convenient and the entrance to the train system is a couple of blocks away. All in all I would stay in their hotel again. "
