We generally enjoyed the apartment until our neighbors in the room next door had a very loud party from 12:00AM until 8:00AM. Thumping the walls, loud music and loud talking/yelling. The apartment has a framed sign that says “absolutely no parties or loud music is tolerated here”. We called the number given in case of unfortunate circumstances and the person didn’t speak our language and it n broken English said to go next door and tell them to stop. Then we emailed the contact and STILL have never heard back, ever. When unpredictable events like this happen at the properties, there must be protocols in place. It’s a rental must have and it was not followed. We will unfortunately never use this company again due to the fact that they NEVER communicated. Such a disservice and disappointment that could have been handled with easy communication.

My Maison in Paris definitely made for an enjoyable first trip to Paris for our family of 5. With 3 separate security entrances to get into your room, there is no question as to the safety. It is easily walkable to the Eiffel Tower and access to the River Seine as well as several other nearby notable monuments.
