L’appartement est bien situé, proche commerce et transport dans un immeuble de standing. Au calme sans bruit de voisinage. Les indications de la conciergerie pour l’arrivée et le départ étaient claires et précises. Cependant on déplore l’état de propreté du logement et du linge de lit (miettes sur tabouret, linge de lit taché vis qui sortent des meubles,….)
