Villa Esprit – Stunning 3 Bedroom Beachfront Villa in North Side with pool!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at Villa Esprit. I'm VERY picky when it comes to cleanliness of vacation homes and this home was absolutely spotless! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, including trash bags, soaps, paper towels, etc, which isn't always the case with some companies. We had a small problem with the pool not filtering and the pool guy was by the next day to fix it with no further issues. We had all the outdoor supplies we could hope for including life jackets, snorkels and fins, and pool toys. Plenty of comfortable seating by the pool and beach and the outdoor access bathroom was a lifesaver with wet kids! One minor thing that could have improved our stay is the second bedroom mattress wasn't very comfortable but I was so tired by the end of the day I hardly noticed."

"Wow! Where do I begin, first and foremost Mike was the BEST host we have ever had - from the start he helped us find a rental car, told us the best places to go and eat and helped us find a charter for fishing, snorkeling, and sting ray city! Our flight was delayed and he was more than accommodating! He is hands down the most generous host! The home was stunning, all we expected and MORE! It has stunning views and was sparkling clean! There are paddle boards and kayaks which was so nice to have we used them everyday! Also all the snorkeling gear, goggles snorkels, flippers, life jackets, and floats! The house is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every shower, as well as plenty of towels and hair dryers straighteners and curling irons! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need even seasonings! When you going to the laundry room there is sunscreen, bug spray, laundry detergent, lotion and more . I mean, we literally had everything we needed and then some! Grocery bags for local stores are above the fridge so you don't have to purchase them when you buy groceries. We had the best time and so much had to do with the house and all the accommodations, as well as Mike he made our trip seamless and easily the best trip we have ever been on! We will be coming back and we will ONLY stay here! "

"From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how private and secluded this spot feels, yet perfectly situated right on the ocean.The ocean views are truly spectacular. The kitchen, dining area and master bedroom offer stunning vistas of the turquoise water, and waking up to the sound of waves right outside was pure magic. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for our large family to spread out, yet it still feels cozy and welcoming. The private pool was a highlight — we spent every afternoon cooling off in it while watching the ocean just steps away.One of the best parts was being able to snorkel right out back. The reef and marine life were amazing, and it was so convenient to just walk down and jump in. We saw colorful fish, large lobsters and even a sting ray on multiple occasions!The owners were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and hidden gems that made our trip even better. If you have a large group and you’re looking for a peaceful, oceanfront escape with incredible views, privacy, and a spacious home, book this property immediately. We’re already planning our return trip!Thank you to the owners for an unforgettable vacation! "

"The property was just as featured. It was very well-equipped. We loved kayaking and snorkeling off the beach behind the property and having additional beach chairs and towels that we could take with us as we explored other areas of the island. We had an amazing time and the host was very responsive. I highly recommend this property. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. The location is perfect. Yes, it is a 45 minute drive to Georgetown but the north side of the island is quieter and we really appreciated that. We loved having the beach just steps from the patio. Chisholm's store is very close and carries most items we needed. Rum Point was easily accessible, too. We loved it!"

"The house was clean upon arrival. The management company and host were easily reachable and very helpful when anything arose. Having the option of reserving a Nespresso machine was also a huge plus. the house is on the north side of the island so you are about an hour to 45 minutes from West Bay, but that didn’t bother us. Because we basically had a private beach as the house next to us there was no one staying there. The pool was a good size and they even had some pool floats and sand toys, which were a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay."

"Loved our stay! Sometimes pictures are deceptive, but my group all said it was better than expected. We picked this house because it wasn’t in the touristy area, but there are great restaurants and the “must see” locations within a short drive. Highly recommend!"
