"Friendly staff at front desk, but could use more smile and friendly manner at restaurant as well ^&^ When I asked for water, the server told me to get it myself without a smile. A friendly lady manager heard it and brought it for me..^&^ And, clean white beach photos fooled me thinking good to jump.. it wasn't at all cleaned up mixed seaweeds with trash, had to boat out away from beach to snorkel or swim, away from sea urchins and seaweeds..^&^ "

The owners and staff were so welcoming and truly lovely people. The hotel is of a size where you get to know the staff and they know you. Highly recommend it....."
