An absolutely amazing accommodation in an amazing place. Rosella is an incredible host. We were able to park close by for free. Fantastic experience we highly recommend.

Location is perfect is just 3 mins away from everything you would want to see in Matera. Considering part of the city you are not allowed to drive , the location is perfect. Great if you are driving as parking has a fare price. Room itself very confortable and the staff was very kind.

Walking distance of Matura. Very new and complete room with a balcony and free drinks in the fridge. Unfortunately there was no elevator, and the breakfast was not in the building itself. You get a voucher for a bakery around the corner, but it is limited to 2 drinks (coffee and juice) and a sweet and salty product.

Lovely room

The Good: The room exceeded our expectations, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It was clean, cozy, and the shower worked perfectly. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which provided a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. The host was exceptionally friendly, even going the extra mile by picking us up from the bus station. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The Bad: The room is located in a residential apartment building, which can get quite noisy, particularly in the mornings. Loud conversations, especially from people just outside the door, including the cleaner, often woke us up early. Additionally, loud music from the upstairs apartment was a frequent disturbance.

Apartamento bem localizado , novinho , modernizado e podemos ir a pe ao centro da cidade. O check in foi bem rapido e pratico apesar de solicitarmos deixar o carro lá na porta meia hora antes do horario mas não nos deixaram.

J’ai beaucoup aimer la grandeur de la chambre ainsi que la salle de bains. L’hôte était à l’écoute et à transmis pleins d’informations pour visiter Matera. Très proche de la veille ville ( 5 min). Je peux que recommander l’endroit.

Schöne Wohnung am Rande der historischen Altstadt. Check-In via WhatsApp hat bestens funktioniert und der Gutschein für das Frühstück in einem von drei Cafes kam pünktlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Wohnsiedlung, wo es zu normalem Alltagslärm kommen kann. Die Zimmer in der Wohnung sind ziemlich ringhörig!

Buen hotel. Falta en comunicacion de hotels.com hizo demorado el check in. Es un apartamento muy bien situado, pero no atreglan ni limpian la habitacion durante la estadia.

Loved this Dimora! It is close to the city centre but with easy parking - we paid 10€ a day for the private garage which gave us peace of mind. The room was beautiful- felt brand new with lovely en-suite bathroom and amazing shower! Towels were changed daily. The host was extremely helpful and gave us tips on booking tours as well as providing vouchers to use in local cafes for included breakfasts. All in all a wonderful stay. Matera is amazing well worth a visit!

The building is not shown in the listing or information so not initially easy to find. Lots of free parking nearby. We were given a room upgrade. Only down side to the block is there is no soundproofing and the doors slam loudly. However, matera is a short walk and easy access. For the price it is good value for money as you also get a good breakfast at a cafe in Matera included as well.
