The room was excellent, bed was so comfortable that we slept in on our 1st night, leaving only 1 and a half hours to get ready for a wedding we were going to. Short staffed for new year period, one employee told us not use drawing room for pre dinner drinks, as not enough staff to manage. Dinner service on 2nd Jan not great, 45mins for pudding - “chef was flustered” - pudding was taken off the bill.
