"Sip Into Sunset was a wonderful getaway! The cottage is well-stocked with just about everything you could imagine needing (except ice- bring that!) and the sunsets were *amazing*! The list of "favorite features" includes fenced yard for dogs, well-stocked kitchen and bar, comfy beds, lots of great places to hang out and enjoy the view- dock, screened porch, sunroom. "Cannot beat this location. The private beach was just incredible. We came with two dogs who enjoyed going for a swim each morning. The kids loved hanging out on the beach all day. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. When we arrived the first night the lights were on and music was gently playing. Thoughtful touches that were very much appreciated. We could not have hoped for a better experience."

"Belle of the Bay was an amazing property. The home was extremely clean The beds were comfy, plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. The beach chairs were so convenient. We enjoyed porch sitting, preparing meals in the spacious kitchen and dinners in the back yard. Lilly was prompt with responding to questions."

"The carpet was filthy! The floors were so crooked and uneven I nearly fell upon entering the house. The front porch was falling apart and a real danger for anyone who carelessly leaned on the posts or screens - you could fall right out. The recessed lights and old AC units were falling out of the ceiling and the electrical outlets looked as if they had been on fire. The washer and dryer did not work and there was no outside trash can although we were instructed to put our trash in the outside...

"Although the actual camper was not the one advertised, our stay was filled with all the expected amenities Kimberly described. In a previous review someone mentions the rooster, he was quite pleasant, not at all like described in their review. The camper behind ours was closer than I would expect and not in the description, but it was not a total bother, I just adjusted the shades appropriately for privacy. "The description of the property does no justice once you arrive. It’s very quiet, as clean as can be, and everything that is listed is correct. There is now a beautiful new pier in the back yard for easy launching of the kayaks, which the kids enjoyed every afternoon. The owners were very easy to communicate with during our stay and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!"
