"The property has an amazing unobstructed view of the harbor and the sunsets from every room in the house and is very comfortable and cozy. We were there in October so it was quiet and peaceful with very few people around. We would definitely rent here again."

"The perfect Maine coast cottage! Moonlight Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. The setting was simply magical. Mornings and evenings on the water were our favorite times of day. The cottage itself is impeccably furnished and incredibly cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location was ideal for exploring this part of Maine. We absolutely loved our stay."

"My husband and I enjoyed our week at Cove Cottage. After numerous trips to Maine's Southern tier we needed to move further North and were not disappointed. Cove Cottage is a great location for the many sights and sounds for the finest Maine has to offer. We had done our homework prior to coming so other than a couple of emails we didn't get to meet the hosts or have much interaction. The cottage location could not be better for views, nature and exploring. The weather was typical Maine and unpredictable so Kayaking was not a part of our trip sadly as this is the perfect place for kayaking at its best. We look forward to our next Fall trip to the great state of Maine and this Mid Coast area is a place we could both live and enjoy its serenity!"

"Everything was wonderful!!! The house was beautiful and clean and Doug was very informative and helpful. The grounds are lovely and you had everything you needed. Would stay again!"

"My husband and i stayed in this cottage and our friends stayed in another cottage on the property. We all loved our time here. The cottages were clean and nicely decorated. The private quarry was a dream!! We loved it. We brought bikes and had the best time riding around the island, swimming and hiking. The nights at the cottage were lovely.I hope to stay here next summer."

"Cute little cottage very in keeping with the area. Was clean and kitchen was well-stocked with an assortment of dishes (though no dishwasher). Yard/outdoor area was beautiful. Neighborhood quiet and peaceful. About 10 minutes from Rockland. Just a couple minutes from Owl’s Head lighthouse."
