The villa`s accessories include: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, smart TV, satellite dish, safe, well-equipped kitchen etc.

del Pino features contemporary design and architecture that takes
advantage of the area`s natural slopes to create a dwelling with elegant
charm.
In fact, the dwelling is spread over two levels with
independent entrances, and offers refined environments complete with
every comfort.
The villa on the second floor consists of 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 shower room, large living room with high-design furniture and grand piano, a large kitchen with stove on an island, communicating with the living room.
On this floor, outside, is the large swimming pool with lawn, sunbeds for solarium, mobile barbecue and direct access to the pine forest.
On the ground floor is the second part of the villa, consisting of 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, 1 single bedroom with pouf bed, large living room with 1 single pouf bed, a full bathroom with access from the living room.
Next to this unit is a studio apartment, disengaged from the rest of the floor, in which there are full kitchen, 1 double sofa bed and 1 shower room.
Casa del Pino, with its fully fenced garden and surrounding vegetation, guarantees relaxation, tranquility and privacy.

del Pino stands in a residential area in Matino, in an area where
luxury villas and exclusive residences enjoy an authentic and verdant
panorama.
The center of Matino, as well as that of the nearby town of Casarano, is less than 2 km away.
The nearest beaches are those of Punta della Suina and Baia Verde, on the Gallipoli coast, about 15 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 5pm to 9pm) and check-out (from 8am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Consisting of a main unit on two leveles with independent acess and an annex.
- Heating with mandary supplement of euro 10 from November to April to be paid on site.
